Haven't lifted seriously since college 7 years ago... I am starting the 20 rep squat routine, well actually I started last week and just did my first full Squat workout.
Squats 1 x 20 x 185 (Deep)
Pull-ups 15 total (Pathetic)
Bench 1 x 13 x 185
Incline Push-ups 1 x 8
I also run, so I am going on a 5 miler tomorrow... long cardio day. I run 12-20 miles per week. I am not trying to get "massive" just want a better physique.
Anyway cool forum and I'll let you know how it goes...
damn thats a lot of runninf, wuts ur bodyfat? cause u gon be loosing that fast as hell unless u eat like a freaking cow.........but thats good if u want to get cut i guess . still thats a lot of runing i giv u props, i only do 1 mile per day

To become more of what I call "Athletic Strength", I bike, run, swim, do obstacle courses, etc. I supplement my workouts with weight training and strongman workouts... keeps me well rounded. We were designed to be mobile AND strong don't forget... I have started to get a lot leaner actually I don't know what my BF is but I can't see my abs yet...Originally Posted by LilQbanPapi16
Thanks for the kind words regarding the chins... I boxed for about 3 years in college and I used to do about 25 or 30 at a pop. All the way down, and up... my trainer wouldn't let us use weights so we did reps like a wild man. Push Ups, hanging sit-ups, every kind of chin you can think of and then we did medicine ball work... best shape of my life... thanks!
