    Cardio with WBB#1

    On what day should I do cardio when following WBB routine #1?
    When you walk through the fire,
    you will not be burned;
    the flames will not set you ablaze.

    I would tend to do them on off days, or in the morning of training days. (assuming you work out in the evening?)

    Yep, I lift in the evenings. I was thinking about doing cardio on the off-days at the same time I would be lifting had it been a lift day. Thanks.

    sounds ok to me..

    I prefer to do it in the morning, so i have the evening to rest, or it feels like you are at the gym 24 x 7... But each to their own, its up to you

    i weight lift after school from 3-4
