im on a cut, and i have tons of free time on my hands since my job is pretty low key, and ive been doing tons of cardio, some days im playing bball in early afternoon, then playing indoor soccer at around 8. ive been lifting shoulders/bi/back and chest/tri every other day, just to maintain. my biggest question is, when should i try to fit in legs? ill give you a rough schedule of my routine
tuesday:morning bball, night:soccer
thurs:bball, maybe indoor
fri:should i do legs here?
i am trying to take off saturday from legs, since my sunday indoor is my league, and i want to be freshest. should i try to fit legs in on friday or what?
