    oh btw...i let out the hugest scream doing the deads....luckily not many people were there...lol...a few people did stare at me though. I susually dont make much noise just a slight grunt here and there...this was a full fledged AUGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

    well another good thing came out of the divorce yesterday...i was able to restore a friendship with my best friend Matt...that my wife had destroyed. Since she is out of the picture...it was like old times man...kicking it at his house drinking beers reminessing about old times it was awesome...made my whole weekend

    well leg day is on hold until thursday got slammed with calls at work...got home late...tomorrow should be3 chest and back day though and then thursday tear the legs up like last week.

    Well no back and chest workout yesterday, tired and shoulder sore again.

    so i changed things up for this week...today is legs..tomorrow is chest and back. then once i get the diet figured out...hopefully next week i can start working out at night.

    goals for leg session:

    1. stack (or close to stacking calf raise machine)
    2. 325 squat press
    3. try to find max on leg press and leg extensions.

    had a good breakfast this morning

    8 oz steak
    1 cup eggs
    1 cup oats

    preworkout shake will be
    2 scoops nitrean
    2 scoops gatorade
