Nice leg session bri. I'll bet the extra calories are giving your metabolism a well earned boost. After all that cutting, I'll bet you're body's ready to put on some size. As always, nice work!

all right diet was a little off today.

    wont post it.

TOmorrow i am going to work out a fixed diet with enough calories and carbs. I just bought some meal replacement bars...The problem i have is that i dont have enough time to make all the meals that i need when i am at work.

I am going to look into maybe getting a meal replacemtn product or a weight gainer.

as long as my diet is realtively clean i should be able to minimize the fat gain.

checking a few things out today

tomorrow is chest and back and i am gonna rip that **** up just like i did the legs today.

Keep it consistent and you'll smash your PR's Brian.

Divorce was one helluva motivator for me when I first started lifting.

Go forth and lift young man, then go freak some honeys and eat a sandwich. Life is good.

If you want to gain, you're going to need 4500-4800 cals a day. Definitely should be at least 4000, but probably not a good idea to jump right up there. Get your cals up gradually. Maybe add 500 per week until you're gaining a pound a week.

I'd keep it to 3500 for now, your metabolism can't be all that great after PSMF. Slowly raise it up, like 200/week.

uuuhhhh..couldn't you be accused of adultury if you "freak dem hoes" while still legally married? It's not a change I'd be willing to take if I were you. Staying out of the limelight, and out of the scrutiny of watchful eyes (her friends and family) is what you need to concentrate on until things are final. You don't want her coming up with a story about you having something on the side when it never existed, only to lose what little you'll manage to keep in this divorce.
