hey guys, i just bought a total gym, and i did a search on total gym but nothin really came up..j/w if anyone else has it out there and if so...does it work pretty good? i wanna lose alot of the fat on my chest and i heard its pretty good for the and your arms....thanks
You'll probably outgrow it very quickly.
Most of the people posting here are interested in bodybuilding, powerlifting, sport performance improvement, or at least being bigger and leaner than the average person.
The Total Gym is a start, but it's not going to get you very far down any of those roads.
Squats work better than supplements.
