i would really appreciate links to places that would explain how to use my calipers. i know i can use them as a ruler to gauge changes, but want to know how to use them properly. any reputable place (that's why i'm not using the first one i found online) that has a way to compute / instructions for a test using at least 4/5 different points on the body.
that actually helped a lot... you wouldn't happen to know any formulas or charts tho would you? only problem with that is i can only get a reading when around a computer, not always convenient. again, thanks. now i can get my actual bf%
mmm nope i don't know of any formulas or charts sorry. creating charts for 5-7 sites are a pain in the ass lol.

I went to http://www.rustyiron.net/bodyfat.htm and did the 3-point using my Accu-Measure both last night and this morning. Last night I got a reading of 13.15% and this morning i got 13.05%. Now, I honestly feel like I am not that low at all. I kinda feel like I am closer to somewehre around 15-17%. The 3-point is known for being inaccurate right?
not as much as a 1 point. the more points, the more accurate; all there is to it.
