Getting stale. I'm trying to make a good attempt at getting back on the horse. Squatted yesterday.

    Squat: 10x45 5x135 5x225 5x315 3x365
    GM: 3x10x225

Goal was just to get 365 for a few reps. I'll probably go to triples and work up to 385 next week and back to singles once I can do 405 for 3-5.

    Gym PRs: Squat:635 Bench:560 Deadlift:495
    Meet PRs: Squat:575 Bench:525 Deadlift:510 Total: 1605@220
