    They don't. Most of the equipment that you see in Gold's gyms were purchased used. Not all of it, but a lot of it is.

    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

    i just wanted to wish you good luck with opening a gym, i would love to do that sometime later down the road in my life.

    lol I'm younger than you, monotone. I'm jusy going into college for business most likely, and there's no business I like more than training.

    Does anybody know a company that makes cable stations with huge ass weight stacks? I can practically do the entire stack for pressdowns on the Cybex and I'm only 16.
