i usually do 3 excercises for my bis.. but i have been doing barbell curls, preacher curl and dumbell curls... i want to mix it up a little... wat r some other good excercises for biceps... r chinups main focus on the bi's or the back??

the more you work your body, the more food you need to put into it...
I think what you have listed looks fine. As long as the weights are progressing, you are headed in the right direction. Other exercises could be incline, reverse, and concentration curls
Pullups/Chinups are good, too. Weighted if possible.
