I was wondering how many people do lunges with DBs? I have been using BBs up to this point but after I get a set done my legs are too tired and my arms (being mildly week) can't bring the weight over my body so I have to have someone grab it off my shoulders. This becomes a problem when I have no one at the gym with me, so who uses DBs (at the sides of the chest) and how do you think it compares to the results of BBs?
