    fast meals

    does anyone know of any fast meals that i could have that are easy to make. Or if there ae any good preperpared meals that are healthy out there. I hate to say tv dinners but something like that. would be great. PLease help

    MRE's are available at sporting good stores for hikers and such. They are awesome, but they are really expensive. Most MRPs (meal replacement pack) are pretty good, too. They are like a really thick shake. They are expensive as well, so you are going to have to balance cost with ease.

    oatmeal in the micro. boil up some water, add it to a bowl with some oatmeal, put it in the micro for 1.5 mins.

    When I have some extra time I cook a few packs of chicken on the bbq. then all I need to do is heat some up for 2 minutes in the microwave when I need a meal.

    soya milk.. natural yogurt... tofu... canned tuna.. cottage cheese...

    I buy the tuna in the packets, no draining, I just tear it open and grab a fork
