    Can you take a look at my NEW split

    I wana get very big but lean,,,like rocky in rocky 4,

    DAY1---Chest, shoulders
    Day2---Legs, cardio, abs
    Day3---rest
    Day4---back
    day5---biceps and triceps
    next 2 days are rest,
    And i eat alot of cottage chesse,brocoilli,ric,chicken,pasta,yogart,PROteinshakes.

    Why train biceps a day after doing back? I would do
    1. chest, shoulders
    2. back
    3. rest
    4. legs
    5. arms
    6. rest
    7. rest
