after the evil thanksgiving dinner i have completely broken myself, my diet went out the window i haven't eaten like i usually do since tuesday of last week i haven't had even 1/10th the intensity nor has the energy been there, this past weekend gave me time to think things through and i want to start fresh again, but this time do things the right way, no more overtraining certain muscle groups and neglecting others. The diet has to truely be re-evaluated and set more in stone then it was before.
what do you all think of just scraping all previous routines and starting over? is it a worthwhile every now and then to change everything?
If it is worth it then i think i will start by cutting again
