    Biceps

    What's up everyone,
    just wondering about biceps. Normally when I work out, the next day I feel really sore in the muscles I worked. But when I work my biceps (and sometimes calves), they feel fine the next day. They are growing...I am seeing results. But I'm just not sure why they dont get sore? Can they be worked everyday?

    Yeah, mine never get sore, but they still grow so i dont care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
