Sorry to have to ask this but I searched and cannot find the answer I'm looking for.
I read in an earlier thread someone posted that cardio is most effective for fat loss while done after working out ( I believe built mentioned that )
I will be cutting at the end of the month and would like to do cardio at it's most effective time.
I workout 4 days a week therefore I'm thinking of doing cardio on the off days as well as after workouts....good idea or bad ?
I'm also thinking of going with HIIT ?
Any suggestion ?
