just a quick question
i am starting bulking in april and am sorting my diet out now ive worked it out to be just short of 4000 calories this is a making of 71g fat 370g protein 420g carbs im having my breakfast at 8 after my cardio but i wake at 6 do you guys think it would be a gd idea to have like a mass gainer protein drink of some sort at 6 when i first get up before cardio or just move my breakfast to 6 and add another meal or this shake during the day.

i would think it would be best to have a fast absorbing protein shake in the morning to replenish ur protein levels after sleeping (that is if u sleep.)
p.s 360g of protein a days is heaps, you must be on the atkins diet or be built like a horse...
ok i was looking more at a way of just boosting my calorie intake than anything to over 4000 and certainly not but it worked out 365g of protein on the fitday.com u think thats to much
