    Oatmeal-protein pancakes...anyone make 'em?

    Anyone have a good recipe for oatmeal-protein pancakes? I was thinking about mixing oatmeal with egg whites and milk and then frying that, or maybe use some cottage cheese or something?

    i made something similar to those. i added some vanilla protein powder for a protein boost and some flavor and they came out pretty good

    Alright, I did something a little bit simpler. I just put an equal amount of raw oats, cottage cheese and egg whites into a blender with a little bit of water, blended it up and fried it.

    They came out awesome. better than real pancakes. I topped them with some blueberries.

    raisins and a little bit of splenda are a good addition to this (used brown sugar before but if you want to watch the calories then the slenda would be a good option too) yum yum yummy

    Admiral dan, your the bomb! I just tried that recipe half expecting it to be a total disaster, but they cooked just like normal pancakes! Thanks a million for the link
