Ok so here is my journal so i can keep track of how i lifted for that day and how i ate. So here goes nothing.
set 1- 255x8
set 2- 260x8
set 3- 265x8 (partner helped last rep)
set 1- 205x8
set 2- 210x8
set 3- 225x7 (partner helped with 2. Only did it bc Taylor was talking ****)
set 1- 80sx8
set 2- 80sx8
set 3- 80sx8 (partner helped with last rep)
Diet was horrible today. I am to embarrassed to even write that info down.
I never write my diet down..those are some good lifts.
I pretty much know what I can and can't eat, what is "clean," and what is not, and how to keep my calories under 2500 without getting all technical. I may do it eventually, but right now I'm just trying to concentrate on getting my cardio sessions in.

sweet lifts there
