Can someone please tell me what the recommended macronutrient percentages are for each of the following cycles
I did a quick search but I can't find all three.
thats because it all depends on what works for you, youve gotta try a few out and see what works. There is no set number.
:withstupi Can depend on your goals and everyones different. So certain percentages for one person may work while another person can do the same and get no results. YOu have to find what works for u.

Percentages don't mean much - the bigger deal is that you get in the protein you need, the carb for your training, and the good fats as required for satiety and as a caloric ballast. The actual ratios are a little to a lot different for everybody, and can depend on your activity level and type, age, ethnicity, and the positions of Saturn and Venus.
