I've had bad posture for such a long time. Only recently have I made an effort to stand straight (Without slouching) and pushing my chest out slightly. Hard to do this while walking but I am standing on trains and subways and while at work in a much with a better posture. I've noticed that my stomach doesn't get as easily upset during these days, as though I'm stretching my stomach or something.
I wondered if there were any specific exercises that could be done daily or weekly to help improve posture?
