    Improving posture

    I've had bad posture for such a long time. Only recently have I made an effort to stand straight (Without slouching) and pushing my chest out slightly. Hard to do this while walking but I am standing on trains and subways and while at work in a much with a better posture. I've noticed that my stomach doesn't get as easily upset during these days, as though I'm stretching my stomach or something.

    I wondered if there were any specific exercises that could be done daily or weekly to help improve posture?

    Make sure your weightlifting routine has as many, if not more back than chest exercises and includes deadlifts, rows and chin/pull - ups.
