I've come to the conclusion that dieting isn't for me.
i HAVE to know how much im eating. its not hard once u know must macronutrients of things. and its easier to move around % if u count.
Monday-Friday:I know exactly what and how much I am eating.
Sat-Sun:I estimate hoe much,but I don't really care about it.

im around 55% protein, 25% carbs,20% fat.
and this is high carb to me!!!
i really should get into some more dieting myself....
