    Tight Calves

    Well since I've been on spring break I've been working out by playing some basketball everyday for around 2 or 3 hours and well since yesterday I got some tight feeling in my calves that hurts when I point my foot towards m and bothers a little when I walk. Well what do you guys think I should do to ghet rid of this annoying feeling?

    start stretching before and after...sounds like the muscles are just tightening...and one thing u don't wanna be when football season rolls around is tight (muscle-wise)...this can lead to injury..while if your very limber u can prevent injury...
