I am gonna need some tips in terms of healthy eating while on vacation. I will be gone for 10 days to Disney World and I was wondering what should I be eating during my vacation. There is a fittnes room so from this POV I am all set>
I will be eating mostly in the restaurants and I will be needing some advice in regard to any healthy menu.
salads with whatever protein they have..chicken, or seafood or steak on top....
veggies on the side instead of whatever starchy stuff they wanna give you. water with lemon to drink. skip the rolls.
if you've been strict with yourself lately though, you can loosen up a little and give yourself treats..your on vacation after all.

most restaurants offer healthy 'alternatives'
just be careful of vegetables like mashed potatoes, corn, etc.
restaurants use a LOT of butter on that kind of stuff.
You can eat healthy if you really want to while on vacation.Just choose grilled chicken,fish,lean meats,salads and vegetables etc.Also why not take along some meal replacements and protein bars.Makes for a great snack or meal and is easy to transport!
Stop contemplating! Just get on with it!
You should mostly eat protein.(beef,chicken,fish etc) Of course you can have lots of veggies too.
