ok guys,,, i have put on about 50 lbs from 150-200 in about 6 months, now here is the problem, my arms and everything else got huge fast, but my chest is struggling to keep up, is this normal? i want a thick chest. when i do my chest workouts i do them hard and i am always sore. whats the deal? thanks for any info here is an picture before and after, so tell me if my chest is not big enough for my body please

also my six pack has dissapated a bit from when i was at 190. my gym trainer recommended i lose 5 lbs by hitting the tread mills for 40 mins a day twice a week, would you all recommend this also? i have never done tread mills thanks for any imput

Dunno, you look even to me. Maybe less arm/shoulder work. What are the measurements of you arms, shoulders and chest?

You should do more intense and shorter bout of cardio. No need for the marathon sessions. Just do 3 - 15 minute sessions at 90% max effort per week.

Not to go off topic but I have to say I am inspired by how much weight you put on, I'm not as skinny as you were when you started but I would love to be as big as you are now. And ya just drop your BF % a little and your abs will show alot more definition and you will get the six pack back. (not that you ever lost it, just cant see it )

I have to say, thats an amazing transformation - it took me about a year and a half to gain that much (although I wasn't exclusively bodybuilding in that time).

After a bit off a weights layoff, I'm getting my chest growing again by bench pressing three times a week, two hard, one day not so hard. It seems to be working for me.

Then again I saw this guy with a huge chest in a gym a couple of years ago who got his chest big by doing something like a 15 set pyramid for bench press + a couple of sets flys. That was his whole chest workout, he'd work from about 16reps down to 2reps, with about 90secs rest between sets and a short 5-10min break half way through his routine. Then he would do a slow "pump" set of ten at the end. Maybe this is quite an advanced routine but if you're looking for something tough...

By the way, I have no idea if this is considered a good or bad way of working out! I'm just reporting.

That is a pretty amazing change i do have to say. I put on 30# in about 6 months...but im a much larger guy than you. Thats simply incredible. Ill be the one to bite......you natty? I would assume not personally...no offense. What you have done there is REALLY...REALLy hard to do in a year let alone half that.

Once again no offense, just seems very unlikely that you are all natural. But much respect if you are....not being a hater.

Amazing progress. I wouldnt worry about losing BF if i were you. If you are able to put on that much of the lean stuff in that time period. Losing fat should be a piece of cake for you if you put your mind to it and show the same discipline you used to gain.

Great transformation btw. That is amazing. And I agree with Max-Mex that you look pretty even. But maybe do some chest flys for more chest work (if you're not already doing them).

Well, it depends on your goals. One is not simply "better than the other." Obviously running long distance will build a lot of stamina, while HIIT will burn more fat and build bursts of stamina that football players have. But both are good...I do both.

:withstupi....its good to do both to switch it up a bit just as u switch up your lifting routine sometimes...i am starting my HIIT training soon...hopefully this will help me cut some of the fat i've gained while bulking a good 10-15 lbs after football season...

Another thing. The few days after my leg workout, my legs are usually pretty tired. So, that's when I do longer distance jogs...and on the days when my legs are well-rested, I do HIIT. Full-court Basketball is a good form of HIIT.

Maybe he just ate a few cows inbetween the first and second pic. I say it's possible, but most people would have trouble doing it.

may be he just trianed hard, ate well. some people just are better at gaining weight than others. but at same time the steroids may help him a bit. but even then 50 pound is still a good gain.

ok guys here is the scoupe... i am being 100% honest so those who dont beleive me can f off, i dont know any of you personally so why would i lie??? i wouldnt.. ok here we go, i would say about 70% is natural, when i started i gained weight so fast it was seriously like 5 lbs a week for the first month or 6 weeks,

then it started slowing down fast, anyway after about two months of being stuck at 190 i decided to hit the juice (4 week fina cycle) that got me up to 206, but then i got an injury(tentonitis) and that kinda ****ed me up, anyway i am sittin right at 200 currently, i am going nowere naturally, i think i am stuck at 200 without going with more juice, i know alot of people are gonna say i can still gain more with natural but its just not working, i eat like a horse..

but there is the scoupe i am just trying to decide if i should do another cycle and make my 6 pack go away even more but have huge arms and a bigger chest, or if i should just cut up for now and get back to 190 ish, its a hard choice i hate when i am out and see some huge ****er with 19" arms that always makes me think **** cutting i am gonna hit the juice.. i am just so confused i dont know what i want more..

Judging from your skinny pic, i wouldnt peg you as a person who could pack on 5lb/week, unless you were buying cases of meat from industrial foodservice distributors haha. You sure you started the juice that late huh? Telling people they can F off, dunno....sounds like roid rage to me. (/endnoobvocabsarcasm)

The more i think about it, the more im just amazed. You must have been eating 2500 calories above maintenance? Minimum....and thats all the fat you put on? What was your bf% then vs now? Just because you live on a farm and were eating the pellets with the rest of the cattle doesnt make you natural haha j/k
