Since I discovered this months ago I've worked only with dumbells but the right hand side is still ****ing STRONGER!
I can understand that this is the inevitable result of using primarily my right arm to do anything strenuous all my life, and has to be expected to some extent.
Does anyone know what I can do about it?
when you work out, start with your left side, and then match the number of reps you did with your right side
Having one arms that stronger isn't a big deal. It should catch up eventually, until then worry about the rest of your body.
