    seated bb press form

    i bring the bar all the way down til it touches the top of my chest, but i see guys bring it only to like eye level. how far are you supposed to bring it down.

    Do whatever is comfortable for you i think. I bring it down right under eye level.

    When I go past that, i really dont feel it in my shoulders anymore.

    yeah find the groove that works for you. I usually go to where my chin is.
