    90 pounds 3x12

    cg pullups 100 pound a 2x10

    leg ext
    90 pounds 3x10
    105 pounds 2x8

    pec deck
    60 pounds
    3x10
    100 pounds 1x10, 1x8

    chest press
    90 pounds 3x10

    leg press
    150 pounds 3x15

    situps machine
    150 pounds 3x15

    rear delt row
    90 pounds 3x10

    wgpd
    100 pounds 3x10

    standing calf raise
    200 pounds 3x10

    then did 12 minutes on the elliptical
    3 resistance
    1 incline
    burned 110 calories

    then

    did 20 minutes on the treadmill
    6 minutes 2.8 speed 6% incline
    7 minutes 7% incline 2.5 speed
    7 minutes 2.5 speed 8% incline

    burned 213 calories

    going back to the way i did psmf before and trying to get to 600-800 calories a day where the fat was just melting off.

    started taking phyllum husk today...hopefully that will help my system normal.

    still no sides from the Heat stack or the phenogen...no idea about weight not going to weigh myself till at least wednesday.

    didnt crash as bad today like i did last week...maybe the added veggies are helping keep me more full i am not really having bad cravings...so i think maybe i can make it past this saturday without a refeed...stocked up on smarties and will keep some handy at work in case i crash

    Be carefull with the blood sugar levels. Try to get a more slow carbs in your system like brown rice or a piece of multigrain bread in the morning. It will hold your sugar level steadier for a longer time than smarties.

    I know, but think about it, wih diabities is it worth it? The diet will still work very well and you wont have the dangers of dipping your Blood suagr to dangerous levels and spiking it back up in smal bursts. My uncle is a diabetic and the best thing to do is keepa steady glycogen/insulin level throughout the day.

    the last time i got my hemoglobin a1c tested...which is a 6 month history it was the lowest it has EVER been. I hjave something on hand always if it drops too low i know the warning signs...i have done this exact before and i monitor my blood sugar throughout the day during the refeeds...i know my body quite well..as long as i keep tabs on my sugar, which i do i will be fine...

    and yes...getting rid of all the fat...and then possibly some of my medications is well worth it IMO

    especially the cardio today after yesterday...oh well it is for a good cause...i am taking a chest and upper body shot tonight...i think i have made some progress

    2.6speed 5% incline

    want to be able to do an hour by the end of the week working up to it
