    I changed my mind again...i think i have to much fat and want to cut...so the cut will start tomorrow

    will lower calories down to 2500...then go from there...will be doing full body workouts 3 times a week...i want to cut down to 200-210 then bulk because then i will have more leeway to bulk...since i started the bulk early i did not get down as low as i wanted to.

    plus another factor in the cutting decision is my blood sugar...it is a little higher then i like...and i have always been able to control it better when cutting

    split will look like this

    tuesday-full body workout/cardio
    wednesday-cardio
    thursday-full body workout/cardio
    friday-cardio
    saturday off day
    sunday-full body workout/cardio

    also going to look at getting a thermogenic to assist with the weight loss not sure which one...but will start looking tonight

    Thats a good plan. I think you're bulk will be more successful the lower your bf when you start bulking

    Well, it's a shame losing you to The Cut, Dawg, but good luck with it. I do agree that cutting down then bulking is a great to allow for a longer bulk.

    I'm quite interested to see what thermo you go with and why, 'cause I'll be looking at cutting myself eventually...

    kiwi: cutting isnt that bad...at least i will not stop this time till i have abs . I am not sure what thermo i will try maybe the at large product...have to make sure it wont interfere with anything else i am taking for my diabetes..the blood sugar is the biggest reason why i am cutting again...thanks for the well wishes...I will give myself some carbs before workouts since i can still go pretty intensely. THen I can live up to the SHREDDED DAWG MONIKER!!

    burned 200 calories went 7 miles

    almost puked 3 times during this workout...squat press, and leg press (twice)

    I forgot how much fun cutting is ..
