    How Many Carbs?

I weigh 198lb and want to get upto 209 (95kg). I currently consume between 238 to 298 grams of carbs a day. Is that enough, coz I got no idea.
    Cheerz in advance.

Sounds like you are eating enough fat despite your claims that you keep it pretty low

The exact amounts of each macronutrient is not really as important as overall calorie intake provided you follow these guidlines:

1/ At least 1g/lb of bodyweight in protein
2/ At least 20% of daily calories from good fat sources including some EFAs

Personally I would say that optimally the rest of your calories should be made up from complex carbohydrates although there is plenty of room for more healthy fats and protein if you prefer.

I agree with TheGimp - nothing magical about the ratios.

I like my fats and proteins higher, personally, but this varies a great deal from person to person, and even for the same person over time.

Center your meals around protein. Carbs get added in around workouts, good fats for satiety and as a caloric ballast.
