hey everyone, when is the appropriate time to weigh your meats, before or after they are cooked? I realized that they lose about an ounce after you cook them, so your measurement of, per say, four ounces, was correct BEFORE you cooked it, but after, its off by about an ounce. Does it still contain the nutrients it contained as the 4 oz before you cooked it, or do you now have to divide? Any help is dearly appreciated.
