u guys seem to say ill bulk up to 150 from 140 for instense...how do u put on 10 pounds of mass so easy and fast? lower reps higher weight? use seem to make it sound so easy how do u do it

Progressive resistance + increased cals = increased size.
Provided your not over training, it really is that simple.

Agreed. if your training routine is good already, the trick to gaining mass is eating enough food so your body has a surplus of protein and carbs to increase lean mass.
yep yep jump for food man it helps alot...
i dont think "for instense" is really legal in most states.
