How catabloic is several cardio sessions?

I have been cutting for about a month now and i have been seeing some pretty good results. the problem is that it is starting to get warm now and i wanna tan on a chic campus tanning spot but my abs arn't where i want them to be yet.

    My question is:
How catabolic is doing cardio maybe twice a day?

any advice regarding he subject of cutting is welcome also

It depends on the intensity of the cardio and how far below maintenance calories it puts you. If you want to minimize catabolism, do low intensity cardio at about 65% of maximum heart rate. Walking at an incline (3-4 degrees) on a treadmill should put you somewhere in that range. Rather than doing 2 cardio sessions per day, look at your diet. Cutting out junk food isn't usually enough to get rid of stubborn fat. Spend time in the diet/nutrition forum to learn more.

the cardio i do is 30 min at around 140 bpm

yeah my diet is pretty solid
i have an omlette in the morning with a multivitemin and 4 fish oil tabs
then 2 hours later i have 6 things of sushi
then i have 3.5 servings of tuna
then i have a shake with creatine (2.5g), maltodextrine(1 cup), and whey(1 scoop)
    then get into the gym
then have the same type of shake but with glutamine in it also
then about an hour after that i try to mix it up. Sometimes i will get some salmon or some chicken, or turkey or anything of the sort

    right now i'm 5'10" 200 lbs
i'm not getting too many cals though cus i attribute at least 10 lbs to all the water i drink while taking creatine

Drinking water (consistantly) doesn't make you retain water...quite the opposite, really. Also, I'd reduce the carb intake in the pre-workout shake. You're only reducing the chances that fat stores will be tapped (to any degree) for energy. The cardio you're doing looks fine. You could up it to 45 minutes to burn a few extra calories, but still no need for another session.
