About a year and a half ago i took boxing lessons from my friends uncle whos is a golden glove and was the first president Bush's body guard he's lethal as hell. Then i met this guy that also helped instruct hes 20 and in the UFC. We became really good friends and hang out every weekend. He trains me whenever i want we've been doing this for a year and a half now. Last year at school I got in a fight with a kid this was my test i gave him a concussion i chipped his cheekbone and He passed out for 2 hours after the fight he was in the hospital for 3 weeks and out of school. the kid was over six feet tall I dont know how much he weighed but the point is people that know how to fight vs big guys no match the guy that know will wim the guy didnt even hit me once for christ sake. Do not take this the wrong way im not bein cocky it just pisses me off when bigger guys wanna fight and think they are badasses the they lose to a small guy.

Lol! I have to tell you guys that that's a friend of mine in RL...and he's a complete idiot. Ha ha. He acts like the biggest hard*ss in the world, don't listen to his stupid posts.

He forgot to mention that this "over six feet tall" kid, weighed about 120lbs and is like the skinniest kid in our school lmao. And he exxagerated just a LITTLE on what happened to the kid...just a little....But yeah, don't listen to his stupid posts.

Anyways, i weighed 130lbs a few months ago, and now i weigh just over 150lbs. People don't look at me as a twig anymore lol. Now i actually look like i have a build and it's given me a lot more confidence. And yeah, i think it's helped with respect too. In highschool, people pick on other people for the most stupid things. They like to pick on the skinny guys haha.

I don't know about later in life, but in highschool, i think size definitely plays a big part in respect.

    I think it always does.

I wear high heels to job interviews because it makes me taller.

(I wear CLOTHES too, okay? Don't go there...)

Most of the time when I was that weight I got most respect. Now I get all of it. Also great when people you havent seen in a while look at you and go WTF, IS THAT YOU? HOLY ****! THey can wait until next year. 230 ripped would be nice!

In my highschool, some people lift and are huge, but most people aren't. Most kids in the school are skinny as hell. So yeah, 160lbs on someone can be considered not skinny lol. Well it depends on their height of course. My friend is 160lbs, but he's 6 foot 3, so he's realllll skinny. Me at 160lbs though wouldn't really be skinny.

    Perspective, people.

160 is not that much. Hell, I`m only 30lbs less than that and I`m a tiny 5'0 female wearing a size 4-6.

    x2 !

Especially people who laugh at skinny guys (such as myself) who are actually working out and putting in the effort trying to become.. well.. not skinny.

After going my entire life being skinny and dealing with all the comments, which I might add can be just as rude as what overweight people have to deal with I finally decided to get serious and do something about it. I figure anyone who is in a gym or working out in some manner is deserving of my respect because at least they are trying to change for the better.

it's true. i'm one of the skinniest guys i know and i get no respect. worse than that, im a punk haha so people constantly feel the need to talk **** to me for whatever reason.
but hey, i can scrap, and it's funny when people don't expect to get their ass kicked by a dude half their size and end up on their asses.
then again, i've been that guy on the ground many times too.
