My problems with sleep came back big time last night, and I didn't sleep at all. Just tossed and turned for hour upon hour.
The worst part is i had a killer leg workout yesterday and was really tired when I went to bed, but I know that my muscles didn't get their much needed rest and recovery and i'm probably not going to benefit much at all from my workout.
I'm also gonna have a hard time convincing myself to eat today, because I know without sleep your muscles aren't in the right condition to grow and i'll probably just be making myself fat.
I hate this. I'm in hell.
