    Lol, I dont have that much time at the gym everynight. Im playing 45 minutes of 3 on 3 volley ball in school 5 days a week. Weighed in at 232- 233 this morning.
    Today I couldnt do the whole No carb bit since I ran out of chicken and lf cottage cheese. Tonight Is legs to no worries.

    Over All everythign Felt good, Leg curls and squats went up rather nicely from last week. Calories were dead on although I didnt get to go low carb because of lack of food in the house.

    On a side note I feel fat and squishy as hell. I dont know what it is but I also cant get my weight back under 230, Im hovering in the 232-233 range the last 2 days.

    I just Dug something up on my computer. Last year I actually weighed in at 220.5 on august 28th 2004, Soo i guess the 229.5 I had on saturday was not the lightest Ive been in 2 years. I am making 220 lbs a new goal and motivational landmark. Hopefully I can hit that weight before the beach days start here in NY.

    dude! I just realized why my damn close grips are only 115 x 6! I do triceps on the same day as chest, and do all my chest work right before. I'm beating my triceps down, then trying to work them. I bet when I have triceps day on arms day, in the new routine, I'll be up there around your close grip weight.

    I was more impressed with your EZ curls than the barbell numbers.

    PShhhhhhhh excuses, excuses........Why impressed with EZ bar curls? I think EZ- BAR are much easier than Barbell. Also im pretty sure your CGBP will go up on its seperate day. and in turn your tri's will get diesel.

    Since Im in a cut I am hoping to take some inches off my waist chest and thighs while keeping the LBM I have now
    Okay So i took some new measurnments In both weight bf% and Inches for various body parts after a month of dieting and training. Resulats are looking pretty good. I will get some pics on saturday for comparison to day 1.

    Weight Went from 244 to 231
    LBM went from 174 to 178
    Bf% went from about 28-29% to 23%
    Waist from 42" to 40"
    Hips went from 41.5" to 40"
    Thighs went from 26" to 24.5"
    Chest went from 45" to 43"
    Calves Stayed at 17"
    Bi's Went from 16.5" to 17.25"

    Overall for a month of progress I am very happy. The inches are coming off my "fat areas" and leaner more muscular areas are growing or staying roughly the same. I about 6lbs Away from my first goal.

    Stats are nice except that I know you are bringing the waist and fat levels down, otherwise good proportion and potential. First time in here, didn't realize you were so young - where are you training at??

    You are striving to have the bb look and that means getting the waist to be at least 10 inches smaller than the chest circumference. I meant well by saying that, you are moving in the right direction - gain strength and muscle...isn't that what its all about? ...as I said before, the other stats are very good.

    Lol, glad you stopped by. Last time Josh stopped by he told me I could do 365 on deads, Now I gotta beat 405 . Im gonna own squats tomorrow. I know it.

    My bench is kinda stuck, although flys and dumbell press has been climbing, the damn bench press refuses to go up.
