    bodyweight is sitting at 218 right? so 8% will put you sub 200lbs?

    ahhh don't scare me. I am on no carbs at the moment. But doing a regular split. I will continue low carb for another 3-4 days and then refeed.

    and you're 14% right now right? I think I'm about 13% right now so I MIGHT have a head start on you.. I'll have my bf checked tomorrow before my workout..

    I couldn't imagine how skinny I would look at 205lbs.. lol.. 8% should put me around 230lbs.. fully glycogen loaded obviously.. I'll probably be dipping down to about 218-220 depleted.. EEEK!! that will be a tough time for me.

    Yeah, 6'. But you have 18 1/2"arms ****head.. I don't even have 18.5" arms..

    I don't know how I have 25lbs more LBM than you, you look pretty big all around man.

    i cant believe u are 14% - its not just the pics (which suggest to me 17-18), but your weight too - when I was 205 @ around your same height - i lifted about 100+ more lbs then you do on the big stuff, and looked a hell of a lot leaner, and that was at 13-14% - you weigh 15 lbs more then I did - something juts doesn't add up to me......

    LOL, I'm not lifting for strength. To each his own. I might be over 14%, who cares. I'm going by the mirror. Numbers don't mean **** to me at this point. Not on my lifts, not on my weight, and not on my bf%. None of it matters. As a BBer the only thing I care about is how I look. I am cutting now. w/e BF% i am at I could not care about. I will track progress through photos and pant sizes.

    Done and done. Diet today was ok. I didn't eat anything all day until AFTER my workout. Session could have been better but I was really happy with my progress on DB press from last week. Weight today was a measely 217lbs.

    I see some ab definition, now I know abs don't fully come in till you hit the 10-12% bf range but with definition I have now I would say its safe to assume 14-15%. In 6 weeks I am hoping to start seeing clear abs.

    I would agree with 14-15% with maybe 15 1/2% tops.. but that's my opinion..

    I clipped 14.7% last time I had it done (may 5th) and I'm a good bit leaner now, but after a carb load I look fatter than before. Haha.. I need to work on not looking so watered out after my load. I suppose that just means less sodium, right?

    Sodium makes you hold water, correct especially when you carb up.

    Lookin lean bro, keep working hard and do what you do. I just saw an article on T-Nation by beradi on putting on 20 pounds in 20 weeks... may want to check that one

    Also Jakey it might be too much simple sugars on the carbup. I head great results when I carbed up on mostly whole wheat cereal/bagels/pasta, much worse results when I carbed up on sugary cereal, white flour, rice etc.
