    Legs yesterday (sucked, I ate almost nothing all day, had no concentration and an overall feeling of pooness)

    Over All workout felt great today.

    Calipered 22% BF today. weighed in at 232. I donno how this is possible but even though im in a calorie Deficit im gaining a very good amount of muscle.

    Went from 174lbm to 181lbm While loosing 18lbs of Blubber In 6 week?

    Okay soo its been a week, Due to a sinus infection and antibiotics I missed one week at the gym , Ive been busy as hell takign placement exams for college and getting ready for Prom next week .

    Back in the gym today. Felt pretty good. New PR for reps on chest all is well again and im back in the grove of things

    Calipered at just over 21% BF so all is well in that department weight in today was 228lbs.

    Lol, You better watch out elwood, this mornings weight in was 226.5 , dont ask how, Im gonna continue this diet/workout plan for a little longer and see if I can get under 225.
    THen its a refeed and back on till july 1st. Hopefully this will get my ass over the hump.
