I went to the doc today, and got my bloodwork done. Im curious to see my hormone levels and cholesteral after 8 weeks of lifting and dieting. Im in the midst of getting read for my prom which is tonight!!! I hope they have some lean meat and diet coke

nice goals but i think some of those are unrealistic your last goal is 205 with 196 pounds of lbm...so from what it appears you want to gain 20 pounds from november to may and have 15 of it be lbm and only 5 pounds of fat?
that may be a little hard...i wish you luck but i think that it will tough to gain that little fat over a 6 month bulk
I don't see that as being too difficult. I could gain 20lbs just looking at pizza. I bet a guy with paul's genetics could put 20lbs of LBM on in 5 months, and with time to spare.
Thanks for the support guys, Prom was tight, I did do a mini refeed last night since the food was good and I only had 600 cal before hand. Had some chicken Parmigane (sp?) And a scoop of icecream. and buttloads of diet coke and water. I figured my weight would shoot back up but low and behold this morning weigh in is at 226. Im off to the beach today since its 90 degrees and humid. Prolly gonna get some cardio done there and it back to the routine tomorrow. I Have to post some pics of my sexy ass from last night

After my fun refeed last night and this morning which I tried to keep as clean as possible and didnt do to bad Im at 230lbs, Thats down 3.5lbs from last week. My minigoal is 215 by August 1st. Tomorrow marks my return to very low carb low cal diet for the next 6 days. Then its another refeed. Besides all of the number goals i have one thing i would like to accomplish by the end of the summer. I want to look decent in a wifebeater. Everyone knows wifebeaters are badass. Then in September I plan on starting UD 2.0 if my school and work schedual permit. then come november its sweet bulk time. I donno who reads this journal and doesnt post but this entire forum is a big inspiration to me. I get a whole lot of motivation from all of you guys and gals. Not just the ripped and shredded ones but the peeps in the same position as Im in. You all have no idea how much motivation i get from 10 minutes of browsing your journals and picture threads. I joined here looking to get in shape now I want to be the biggest and leanest mofo on the block. Thank you all.
