    46/32 Days out!

    Well today there isn't too much to report. Diet will be spot on for the day. I did cardio and posing practice today. I gymed alone and took some pics in my bathroom using the timer on the camera. Well the lighting sucks and I'm completely flat in my upper body because I had a pump in the wheels from HIIT. Still really need to work on posing and need my lower back to drop those last few lbs of fat its holding.

    Morning weight was 180.4lbs

    With the good come the ugly. here are some pics I was def less than happy with.

    All of my jokes aside, you should put in a few photos with a modeling agency - maybe you can get some sports/mens health work, I mean your not MAAAAAAAASSSSIIIIIVVVEEE but you have the physique that most men would want.

    I would love to get into modeling honestly. It's been a goal of mine. I don't know how to go about it though. Anyone have some tips or info?? Fitness modeling sounds awesome.

    Today will be a fun filled day. Diet is already planned out for the day and I am going to hit Hams/Quads/Lower Back/Abs tonight. Pretty stoked for this workout. Nutrition was spot on yesterday. The ultimate test of will power came around 9PM last night when one of my housemates not only decided to bake but to bake BOTH brownies and confetti cake. *drool*

    I plan on dropping another 4-5lbs of fat. I am hovering in the 5-5.5% range right now. I still need X-mas tree on the lower back, ham splits, glute striations to come in. I want a true 3% BF, something pretty rare at amateur BBing contestes let alone in the novice class. Considering I have a semi depleted morning weight of 179.4-181 right now. I should be around 174-175 going into peak week. Around 170-171 depleted, and then 174-175 before weigh ins and mid/upper 170's on stage.
