    Damn man, I was on my phone and couldn't view those pics very big when I posted my reply before, I had to post again. You filled out incredibly, it really shows in the first pic posin the quad. You can really see it in your abs, didn't realize they were that built. I'm wondering, do you feel you spilled over at all? Your legs look unbelievably conditioned, striations in the quad particularly impress me, but you really have some damn good hams too, definetely best hams on stage there. Glutes look ace as well. Any back pics?

    I ask of the spillover question because in the shoulders and in the abs there seems to be a slight blur as if you may have. I think they look far better than in your progress pics here on stage all filled out, I'm just wondering if you feel a touch of water went there too?

    Finally I love the onstage confidence you seem to exhibit. You really look much more comfortable up there than anyone else. I especially love the lat spread with the ****-eatin grin that just says you fools are doin this all wrong... lemme show you.

    Rock band in the hotel room? Poor neighbors, I hate that game... I had roomates who kept me up with it.

    Thanks for the comments guys and gals.

    Rory, I donno bout spillage. I know my lower abs look soft and that's just loose skin from losing 20" on my waist over the past 2 or so years. As far as shoulders go I think I can attribute that more to lack of pump. I didn't peak week or carb load for this show whatsoever. I actually had carbs cut on Friday just to make middleweights. All in all I think I consumed about 120g before prejudging and another 100 before the night show. Far far from spilling. I did look MUCH better today. My outer quads are feathered and glutes are completely diced. Now I know that I look my best ~24 hours after a carb load.

    Tomorrow I'll be downing 350g CHO to begin my peak week for worlds. I am curious to see how I'll look in 5 days.

    I've heard and read that so many times, you sometimes look better the day after the show - good experience for depletion and carbo loading next time.

    Paul, I'm SO pleased for you buddy... Taking home two trophys in your first comp - that's amazing!!!

    You looked great on the day. Your focus on conditioning paid off I am sure.. there were guys who had obvious bigger chests, shoulders etc but because you looked dialled in, you looked so much better overall!

    It's gonna be scary when you get back into offseason, focus on those lagging parts and come back with more experience, you're going to continue to smash it.

    Good work man, I know how much dedication you've put in and it's great to see it paying off.

    Over all it was an amazing experience.

    Can't wait to repeat it.

    Well I'm torn here this morning.

    On one hand im happy waking up @ 173.2lbs this morning.

    On the other I'm super worried about this sore throat, phlegm, and cough.

    I feel like doo doo right now. And unfortunately it feels like the onset of something bad. Hopefully I'm wrong and better soon.




    I do have my peak week strategy and it starts today officially.

    35/350/200 + Legs + cardio is the game plan today.

    I sure hope not because this is the show I've been busting my ass off for.

    I just got back from Stop & Shop and Trader Joes. Scooped $50 worth of carbs for peek weak.

    Looking forward to this shhh.

    I'm still working on hands, feet, and faces. The muscles themselves usually seem pretty easy to me though.

    I went to the one on Genesee street in Syracuse. It was the Super Wegmans. I could spend a few hours and a solid $1,000 there stocking up on bulking goodies lol!

    I had hoped on getting down to 4% bodyfat. And it looks like its been a success. I'm 172lbs as of this morning and 174 right now before bed. This gives me about 4lbs of wiggle room before weigh ins on Saturday.

    If I make Light heavies >176 1/4lbs I will not stress too much.

    You nailed your conditioning Paul, just like you said you would. Awesome ****ing job, man. You should seriously be proud as hell about what you've accomplished over the years. Once you start focusing on adding muscle you're really gonna do some damage bro. And you''ve already started focusing on online training? Hell yeah. I ****ed up and decided to go for the "money" route, I only wish I was dedicating my schooling to what I loved the most.     Carl, i'm slightly less congested but felt much weaker in the gym for some reason.

    I trained lower today. Numbers were the same as last session.

    Well my gf is in school lol and I have no idea how to mess with the
    shutter and light setting on her camera. I tried to take these with
    the self timer in my bathroom.

    This is a few hours after training lower today.

    These are also my size small trunks. Washing the mediums I'll be wearing show day right now.

    Going to start with a first layer of protan tonight.

    172.2 for the 3rd morning in a row.

    This is a good sign on increased carbs I think!

    Hit upper today

    Cardio for 25 minutes
    Pull Ups
    Dips
    Side Raises
    BB Bench
    BB Rows
    DB Press

    Some posing practice.

    Got another coat of protan on today.

    Finished those boxes of Cookie Crisp and Reeses Puffs today in a glorious mixed bowl.

    No visible spillage whatsoever yet. Maybe I'm not the fatass endomorph I assumed I was. Just a fatass

    Bobs getting here soon.

    Hitting the gym tomorrow for some posing and cardio. 2 coats of protan tomorrow.

    My dream tan has not arrived yet. Was supposed to today!!!
