Ok so it looks like my bf% is actaully 27-29% my first bf%goal is to get it to the 22-25% range I think this can be done in a month or two. and by the end of the summer I would really like to get under 20% if possible.
Hey keep up the work...... You will be really happy once you start to drop into the high to mid teens..... Then even happier when you drop into the low teens and singles if you go that far.....
One thing though that I've noticed about people.... don't lose the weight because of how you think others will think of you.... do it for you're own self gratification... i've noticed people with that mentality usually stick to a diet or workout plan.....
Keep up your current mentality and you'll do great....

I've never had a whole ton of power in my legs. Hoping to really change that. A big factor in my leg scrawnyness was I could hardly walk when I injured my back. D'oh.

He's been going at it for a little over a year, he went up from 6' 2" 150lbs to 6' 3" 185 lbs. I think im gonna get some pics up later to show you. hes at like 6-8% bf
man your protein cals are still too low bro...and your carbs too high...good workout up there though
Thanks, Yeah donno about the cals, the split is what has been recommended to me by a few people so thats what Im going to stick to for a while and see how it works.

Actually yes, bodybuilding.com has an article about it, optimal ratio to burn fat and produce optimal amounts of test are 45/35/20 c/p/f, This is to get optimal gains, not just cut but actually increase lifts, gain mass, and burn fat.
uh just an opinoin but many people here share it, bodybuilding.com is not the best place to get info.
