    w00t, arms and shoulders today, looking forward to it, So far im liking the thermocin. No jitters or adverse effects, weighed in at 239 this morning, down from 244 whn i started this gig last week

    Took some measurments

    Bi's- 16.5"
    Calves 17"
    waist 42" (even though im a size 38 pants and there loose on me?)
    Chest 45"
    Thighs 26"

    Gonna hit the gym for AM cardio.

    Some short term Goals

    Chest 44"
    Thighs 24"

    Since Im in a cut I am hoping to take some inches off my waist chest and thighs while keeping the LBM I have now
