Going over to the GFs place doesnt count as cardio - unless they made some study that a one time, 2 second, HIIT session is the ultimate cardio choice.

As for work, i suggest going on an all out melee. Just stick your arms straight out on each side, invert the right first so the knuckles point forward and just start spinning around taking people down as you go. If anyone gives you **** about it just tell them i told you it was alright... they'll understand.

That didnt go over to well. I clocked someone in the jaw. ROFL oh well. for the most part people looked at me like i was an idiot. Maybe because every one was in their cubicles , and when i told them "kevin made me do it" one guy had the nerve to tell me there is no one in the office that goes by the name kevin.
