    Yes a rather long break I agree, flame away. Today I am coming back, Im moved in and settled and its time to get back to work, about to go hit up some bi's and tri's after a break this long im starting fresh. Fitday will be updated starting tomorrow morning. I missed all of you.

    Yesterdays workout was brief just to get back into the swing of things. Im sure i have lost some strenght over the past few weeks but hopefully it willl come back over the next few weeks.

    Barbell Curls

    Hammer Curls

    Triceps

    155 x 4

    Tricep cable pulldowns (much different than at the gym i used to be at, here the 120lbs felt like the full 220lbs at home)

    130 x 4
    120 x 6
