Glad to be back. I talked to Elwood today and he motivated me to get my ass back into shape. Its not very pretty right now gentlemen >.<
I started off great and ran strong for half a year only to end up twice as bad as when i started. The next 9 months I am going to try to get my ass back into shape and pass any goals i reached on my previous cuts.
I was 220 lbs when i let myself go. Year later im 285 >< with a 48 inch waist. Yea I ****ed up big time.
Starting the eating healthy gig today. Wont have access to a gym till i go back to school on sepember 6th. So for now its running biking and calisthetics and eating right. I will try to post here everyday. Also gonna start using fitday again and trackign calories. Not sure what to do as far as diet goes, prolly just caloric restriction and no junk

Morning weight 283lbs
Diet Yesterday was good finished at 1860 cals for the day. My maintance is somewere around 3500 right now so this is pretty low. Im hoping to shed as many pounds as possibly by the 6th for when i hit the gym ><

Cant say that I do >.< I quit that job when I started College last september. I really want to get to where I left off last september. I was a nice 220lbs at 14%BF after a few weeks of UD 2.0 now Im more like 285 @ 35% And I dont even want to know what my lifts will look like when I hit the gym in september.

Just found some old dumbbells in the basement that my brother bought before he started going to the gym, so i figured why not

I think im gonna do some light work with those dumbbells and some calisthetics, mabe some grip training and flexability work while I wait to staart school and have access to a good gym facility. To be quite honest ide rather drop 10-15lbs of fat, get some flexability back and maybe even a little strenght and then hit the gym =/
Dropping a couple of pounds here and there is where it's at, glad to see you get a head start before classes begin.
