Been Kinda busy lately so I think an update is in order.
Weight is at 274lbs. Did chest yesterday. Did some mountain biking today.
Diet has been clean. I have three and a half more weeks till i have access to a gym =/

On the plus side of things I signed up at the local VAC (Volunteer Ambulance Corps). I started my training to become an EMT yesterday >.< woohoo.
They are having me do dispatch for a few weeks as well as doing some night tours on the ambulance as a trainee till I get CPR certified. So far its fun =O .
School is coming up on the 6th and that means I finally have access to

Figured it was time for an Update, Weighed in at 268 this morning so the weights def dropping. School has started, I just got out of a 3 and a half year relationship with my GF 2 weeks ago so I havnt had much motivation as far as lifting goes but the diet has been in check.
keep your head up, dude. it's cliche, but things do get better and you just might end up like me, realizing they're much better than they ever were.
It's hard as hell breaking from a relationship or even a friendship, keep hanging tough Paul - let's do this!!
