    Your cutting down pretty good, but interesting rep range to say the least.

    Your goal weight of 220 by Jan 1st is very attainable, it'll be motivational to see your progress as I try again to conjure up some of my own.

    The repage surprised me too, i didnt think I could do that many. These numbers are really close to what I was benching when I stopped lifting almost a year ago. Next time definatly gonna increase the weight and lower the reps.

    And Im more concerned about the way I look then my weight.....But im hoping that after dropping another 40 lbs I will look pretty solid.

    At 6'1 - 6'2 you should look pretty damn good at 220. You do know that loseing weight has nothing to do with the rep ranges you choose right, and infact lifting heavier with shorter reps forces you to hang on to muscle instead of letting it go when a caloriac deficit occurs? Im sure you do, just bringing it up.

    Thanks Guys. If I can drop 6" on my waist I will be so happy. Im visibly starting to lean out and my muscles are responding pretty well to the training past few weeks.

    Had my first "cheat meal" in weeks today which consisted of Chicken, some jr burgers a baked potato and some fries. came in circa 2400 cals for the day which is still under maintenance for the day. Got poor 4-5 hours of sleep last night as well. Looking forwards to tomorrows leg day.
