Thank you sir. I wasnt even planning on going to the gym today. My friend brought it up and since ive been watching BBing videos all day I was pumped to go. This just proves that lifting is a big part mental.

Woke up today feeling pretty good. I have one class today and an Anatomy Midterm in 24 hours. After I get that out of the way I will be a happy camper. Diet was good yesterday. No lifting for me today as ive gone the past 4 days in a row.

Hi Paul, can I ask why you're doing arms before doing delts? Since your tri's figure into your presses, you're losing delt power by working tri's first. Any particular reason for that configuration?

I plan on moving shoulders to their own day pretty soon. My friend and I are going to try a 5 day split. 4 days on 1 day of 1 day on 1 day off repeat.

    Friday- Back
    Saturday- Chest
    Sunday- Legs
    Monday- Arms
    Tuesday- off
    Wednesday- Shoulders
    Thursday- off

This works around my Tues and Thurs where I have 4 classes and 5 classes respectively.

    Nice workout man!

I don't do shoulders on their own day, but I do them before anything else. This way I can go heavy on them and whatever else I decide to do... if I do them after anything else I can't go that heavy =/

The new split looks good though.

Unholy I agree that you should definately put shoulders as your priority here. What the **** kind of diet is that, is that a joke I would hope?

You're going to get a heart attack man. Smoking cigarettes, weed, taking ephedrine, ungodly amounts of caffeine, and no food? If your goal is to lose bf% you'd be better off doing a fullbody routine or an upper/lower body split. You're doing far more damage to your body than you realize. I realize people have their vices and all, but this is kind of ridiculous.

Kind of? I don't believe you even took all of this in one day.
