Im going to start this log to keep track of my progress from a month out from my second meet.
I have been training at the Refuge since March or so of 2009.
this is my first good day I have in my current log from march 29 2009
275x3 4 board
265x3 4 board
245x4 4 board
315 4 board= fail :x I had to try though. definitely feels a LOT heavier than 275 lol

doing pretty well. Im gonna post my last couple weeks of training.
Ill be getting ready for my next meet in december.

went to 3 board
got into shirt, (newly modified, same titan F6, super scoop, reinforced neck, smaller chest plate)
365x1 (great speed)
started with monster minis doubled up
dropped the bands
265 out of groove almost on my face
overall pretty happy, a few weeks ago I hit my max raw pr of 260 so this was good
